This is the start of a multi-part review of a great little audio book I listened to called "Self-discipline--Develop daily habits to program your mind, build mental toughness, self-confidence, and will-power."
I plan to use the strategies I picked up in this book for putting my new year's resolutions into action and I suggest you do the same!
